The bottom floor of our Swarthmore Ave house has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. You can walk out your back door right into the courtyard to enjoy the outdoor shower, grill and outdoor dining area. Located two blocks to the beach, Margate and the boardwalk this house has everything you need to have an amazing summer!
